Return Policy Defective products must be reported within 14 days from the ship date. To return, you must contact us to obtain an RMA number before sending back the item(s). We will not accept returns without a valid RMA number. The buyer will be responsible for all return shipping cost. Shipping & handling charges are non-refundable.
